     Under the program guidelines, you may be entitled to a loan of up to $5,000 at an interest rate of 3%,  This loan is to be paid in monthly installments.  The income restrictions to participate in the program are as follows:

1 person          $33,600
2 persons        $38,400
3 persons        $43,200
4 persons        $48,000
5 persons        $51,850
6 persons        $55,700
7 persons        $59,500
8 persons        $63,350

To qualify under the program guidelines, you must be the owner and occupant of a residential home within the city limits of the City of Butler. 

A non-refundable application fee in the amount of $50.00 must be submitted with your application.

*Applications must be typed or legibly printed and all questions must be answered.  If you require additional space please use the back side of the application.

*Attach the following documents to your application:

a.  A copy of the Deed to the property and current assessment card
b. Estimate(s) with detailed descriptions of project(s) from contractor and/or contract for work

*A non refundable application fee in the amount of $50.00 must be submitted with your completed application.  Checks must be made payable to:  The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Butler.
